History
Ing. Luis Enrique Laija Pacheco registered Alianza Electromecánica with the SAT in 2017 in Tijuana and has run it since then from the same base in Col. Colas del Matamoros. The services are medium voltage and substations, industrial electrical, HVAC and industrial air conditioning, plumbing and gas, electromechanical installation, supporting civil works and maintenance contracts.
Our work includes a 750 kVA transformer with trenches, duct banks and TAB GH panels at Multi V Rosarito; vacuum systems, heat exchangers, ductwork, chillers and cleanrooms at Infineon in Tijuana; 30 to 50 ton HVAC with dust extraction at Markwins in Tijuana; 300 kVA, low voltage, HVAC and two operating rooms built to COFEPRIS requirements at Clínica REYMAR; 221 tons of HVAC across 7 floors at Hospital Dolce Vita; and maintenance of more than 100 HVAC units at Avery Products.
The way of working has stayed the same: one contractor and one contact person for every trade on the job, a site visit before quoting, an itemized quote, construction to Mexican code, and a photo report at handover. For US and Asian plants the reports and day-to-day communication are in English. Alianza Electromecánica builds and installs the work in the field.
Manufacturing plants and maquiladoras (Infineon, Markwins, Thermometrics, Motorcar Parts, Vance & Hines México), industrial park developers (FINSA, RMSG Alamar), healthcare (Clínica REYMAR, Hospital Dolce Vita, Sanatorio San Francisco, Centro Oncológico Internacional, Ingenes), hospitality (Hotel Tecate, Estancia Inn), retail (Casa Ley) and public institutions (SCJN, CESPT, CFE Rosarito, UNICEF México). Each job has its own description on the projects page, limited to what was actually done.
Plants in Tijuana often hire the electrician, the HVAC contractor and the civil contractor separately, and then spend weeks resolving conflicts between them on the roof, in the ceiling space and at the transformer yard. Alianza Electromecánica quotes and runs those trades together, so the schedule, the equipment pads, the conduit and the connections are planned at the same time and one person answers for the result.
