Alianza Electromecánica is a civil works and industrial fit-out contractor in Tijuana, B.C., Mexico, since 2017: walls, rooms, façades and site work, together with electrical and HVAC, for plants and maquiladoras.
Supporting civil works · fit-out
Alianza Electromecánica does the civil works a plant needs to operate: building adaptations, partition and drywall walls, production rooms, offices, façade work, curbs and sidewalks, equipment pads and trenches, usually together with electrical and HVAC. We fit out existing buildings and run that civil work together with electrical and HVAC.
English communication and photo reports, quotes in USD or MXN as agreed, one contractor for civil, electrical and HVAC. Electrical work to NOM-001-SEDE.

In a building fit-out, civil, electrical and HVAC cross constantly: a partition wall carries conduit, a production room needs exhaust, the façade takes louvers and rooftop equipment needs a base. When each trade is a different company, those conflicts get solved late. With one electromechanical contractor the layout, pads, conduit and finishes are planned together from the first site visit, and the plant has one point of contact for schedule, change orders and closeout.

Details
A tenant signs a lease on an existing building in an industrial park. Before production starts, the building needs offices, restrooms, production rooms, power to machinery, air conditioning and exhaust, and the site work the park requires. We walk the building with the plant team, split the scope by trade, and run civil, electrical and HVAC in one schedule. Typical items are drywall partitions, interior finishes, façade louvers, equipment pads, trenches and curbs. When the load study calls for it, medium voltage and a transformer are added under the same contract. Each stage is photographed and reported in English so the head office can follow progress without travelling to Tijuana.
We fit out existing buildings and work on medium and low voltage. If your project needs a general contractor for the shell, we work alongside them on the MEP and supporting civil scope.
