Why one contractor for the whole installation

In an installation job, electrical, HVAC and civil cross constantly: equipment needs a pad, a feeder, a lifting plan and a start-up. When each trade is a different company, those conflicts get solved late. With one electromechanical contractor pads, conduit, rigging and connections are planned together from the first site visit, and the plant has one point of contact for schedule, change orders and closeout.

Service area and hours

Tijuana, Rosarito and Tecate, from our base at Nicolás Bravo 2936, Col. Colas del Matamoros, CP 22204, Tijuana. Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00, Sat 08:00–13:00. Email [email protected].

Standards and utility coordination

Electrical installation is executed to NOM-001-SEDE, the Mexican electrical code. When the project needs a new service or a load increase, we coordinate the service and transformer yard with CFE when the contract includes it; the paperwork is closed together with the client or developer, and CFE signs the supply contract and energizes. When a verification report (dictamen) is required, an independent UVIE issues it. Guides: MEP checklist for setting up a plant in Tijuana and electrical substations.

Typical installation scenarios

New plant in a new building. Medium voltage and the main switchboard come first, then feeders and machinery power, while HVAC units, ductwork and exhaust are installed in parallel. One contractor keeps electrical and HVAC from colliding on the roof, in the ceiling space and at the transformer yard.

Line expansion in a running plant. We check available capacity, add or expand panels, run feeders and, when the process needs it, add exhaust or cooling. Work is staged in agreed hours so production keeps running.

Clinics and commercial buildings. Low voltage, emergency power and HVAC together. example: Clínica REYMAR, with 300 kVA, low voltage, HVAC and two operating rooms built to COFEPRIS requirements.

What we need to quote

Drawings or a sketch with equipment locations, the equipment list with nameplate data (kVA, tons, voltage), required load and the CFE service point when it applies, the target start-up date, and whether English reports are needed.
