Otay, Florido, Florido II, Pacífico, and Ciudad Industrial Nueva Tijuana are the Tijuana zones named here. Crews leave from our Tijuana office and shop at Nicolás Bravo 2936, Col. Colas del Matamoros, on the east side of the city, so these zones are a drive inside Tijuana.
Tijuana EDC, on 28 October 2025, describes Parque Industrial Otay as an expansion by FIBRA Macquarie México and Grupo FRISA on the Pacífico and Libramiento corridor, for light manufacturing, aerospace, and electronics. The same note places electronics, plastics, and medical devices in Parque Industrial Florido along Boulevard 2000, and logistics buildings in Prologis El Florido II. At Parque Industrial Pacífico the published Alianza file is the Building III FUNO close-out: electrical, plumbing, and louver catalogs, plus a medium-voltage material file. Ciudad Industrial Nueva Tijuana is the industrial area in Nueva Tijuana.
